Water from the tap is not potable, so you will find 2 free bottles of drinking water in your room per day, and for extra supplies, it will be charged to your account.

Multi-pin adapter and accessory box are available upon request.
Extra Bed and Baby Cot:
Available upon request. There will be an additional charge for an extra bed.
Conditioning:
Each room is equipped with a split air conditioner, and the temperature and fan speed can be adjusted to the level you feel is right for you.
Fruits:
In consideration of other guests, it is forbidden to bring durian, jackfruit and other strong-smelling fruits into the hotel premises.

Shoe polishing cloth can be found in the wardrobe. If you would like to have your polished shoes, please contact us. Do not put your shoes outside your room.
Emergency:
For emergencies such as fire/earthquake/other emergencies please call text “100”. In the event of a fire, quietly inform our staff of its location, if possible, and leave immediately! Additionally, please refer to the Fire Safety and Security Card for further fire safety instructions. The evacuation plan is behind your door.
Fitness and Massage center:
The fitness and massage center is located on the first floor. Moroccan bath, body care, massage, traditional massage and more are available. Please call the extension number “100” for more details.

An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Please contact the Internal Supervision Department at Ext. No. 200.
Lockbox:
Guests are advised to use the hotel’s safe deposit boxes located in all guest rooms to store their valuables as the responsibility of the hotel is limited to these items. Safety deposit boxes are available at the reception.
